Service Description

This is a "flo"- vinyasa class with pretty loud music :)...we move, we "pose" we sweat, we laugh... This class will give you structure and techniques to move you from the inside out. The classes are designed to get you organised in your body, to feel, to open up and to ease you into a better frame of reference.
